We bought a lot from Ed and Tammy over 6 years ago, that from the road looked like an overgrown wooded property that was too steep to build on. They assured us it would make a great lot to build a large house on and the house would have a wonderful view of the mountains and Lake Douglas. They were correct and they also made it easy to complete the purchase, although we lived in Texas. They helped us find a great honest builder, a house to rent while building and we built our home on the lot. Six years later when we returned to Texas so we could be near the grandchildren they found a very nice couple to buy our house at a time it was difficult to find buyers. We value honesty very highly, and if you desire the same, Ed and Tammy should be your choice for real estate business.
